Drake Hogestyn unfortunately passed away.

On Saturday evening (September 28), it was announced that the 70-year-old actor who played John Black Days of our lives had died as a result of a battle with pancreatic cancer for 38 years. drake died just one day before his 71st birthday.

“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Drake Hogestyn. When he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, it was the turning point of his life, but he rose to the challenge with incredible strength and determination.” drakeThe family announced this in a statement released on Days of our lives Instagram account.
