70 motorcyclists killed in US crash

SELMA – A motorcyclist died on the US 70 overpass near US 301 in Selma Saturday afternoon.

The driver was traveling westbound when he left the road on a curve and struck a guardrail before being ejected.

The victim’s name has not been released.

State Highway Patrol troopers investigated the crash at 3:20 p.m.
